Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium onions, sliced
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can water chestnuts
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    In greased casserole, arrange onions.
    Mix together other ingredients except cracker crumbs and pour over onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
