2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked chicken*
1 1/4 c. cooked Basmati rice
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 tsp. chopped green onion
1 tsp. salt
2 plus Tbsp. low-fat sour cream
2 plus Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
