Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sirloin or round steak, cut in serving size pieces
1/4 c. Crisco
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. catsup
1 Bermuda onion
flour (for breading)
1/4 c. flour
2 c. water (may vary)
salt
pepper
Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
Preparation

Cut up steak and trim away all fat.
Flour pieces and fry in a heavy skillet until browned well on both sides.
Set aside in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
