Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 c. popped popcorn or more
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Boil until slightly brown around edges.
Add 1/4 teaspoon soda.
Boil, stirring constantly.
Pour over popcorn, mix until covered; lay out to dry.
