Garlic Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 c. uncooked regular grits
    1 (12-oz.) block sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    paprika
Preparation
    Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan; gradually stir in grits.
    Return to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until thickened.
    Add Cheddar cheese and next 4 ingredients, stirring until cheese melts.
    Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes.
    Stir in eggs, and pour into a lightly greased 11-inch by 7-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake grits at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
