Surprise Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 c. sour milk (milk and 1 Tbsp. vinegar)
    3 sq. chocolate
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Sift
    the
    flour and sugar several times (4).
    Then mix rest of\tingredients together with flour.
    Beat until smooth. Using cupcake
    wrappers, fill cupcake pans 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 20 minutes.
    Cut hole in top of cupcake.
    Clean the centers
    out. Fill
    with\twhipping
    cream
    and replace cover. Frost with chocolate frosting.
