Chili Cheese Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
8 oz. Philly cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip salad dressing
chili powder
Preparation

Grate Cheddar cheese into a 1-quart bowl.
Add cream cheese and other ingredients.
Mix until well blended.
Shape into small logs or balls.
Roll in chili powder on waxed paper.
Refrigerate until solid, then wrap in waxed paper and Reynolds Wrap.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
