Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage (about 4 lb.)
    2 lb. lean ground pork (can use 1/2 beef and 1/2 pork)
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. partially cooked rice
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine (approximately)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preparing cabbage:
    Remove core and place head in a large pot of boiling water.
    Cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes.
    Separate leaves and cut out heavy ribs.
