Pecan Ritz Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 egg whites, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together in small bowl.
    Set aside.
    Put egg whites in a large mixing bowl and beat until it forms peaks.
    Slowly add sugar, then vanilla.
    Add first bowl of dry ingredients and fold together gently with large spoon.
    Pour into 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
