Speedy Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. beef gravy
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 c. sour cream dip with onion
hot cooked noodles or rice
Preparation

In a saucepan, brown hamburger and drain.
Stir in gravy. Stir in undrained mushrooms and catsup.
Add 1 cup water.
Cover; bring to boiling.
Simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
Stir in wine. Gradually blend 1 cup beef mixture into sour cream dip.
Return to saucepan.
Heat through.
Do not boil.
Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with paprika.
