Grilled Potatoes In A Package - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 potatoes per packages
    sliced onions and peppers (any other veggies you prefer)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    sliced American or cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Tear off a piece of non-stick foil about 10-12 inches long. Peel and cut the potatoes, add the sliced onions and peppers, along with the tablespoon of butter and salt and pepper into the center of the foil.
    Fold the foil and close it tightly at the top and on the sides.
    Cook it on the grill on low for approximately 30 minutes.
    Once the potatoes are done, open the packet (be careful of the steam), put slices of the cheese on the potatoes and close the packet up so it can melt.
