Pork Chops Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    3/4 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/4 c. water
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Rub chops with sage and salt.
    Brown in hot shortening. Drain.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
    Add bouillon and onions to pork chops.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Place pork chops on serving platter.
    Combine sour cream, flour and parsley flakes in separate bowl.
    Slowly add meat drippings.
    Return this mixture to skillet.
    Cook and stir until desired consistency. Serve over chops.
