Apple Nut Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans refrigerated buttermilk can biscuits
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    2 medium apples
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Separate the biscuits into 20 pieces.
    Combine sugar and cinnamon.
    Dip biscuits into melted butter, then roll in sugar mixture.
    Arrange biscuits around the outer edge of a deep dish baker pan using a total of 15 pieces and overlap the other 5 pieces in the center.
    Peel, core and slice apples into thin pieces; place in the biscuit crust.
    Mix chopped pecans with the remaining sugar mixture and pour over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
