Rhubarb-Orange Slice Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pt. rhubarb, cut in pieces
    5 c. sugar
    1 lb. candy orange slices, cut up
Preparation
    Cover rhubarb with sugar and let stand 1 hour.
    Cook until thick and tender.
    Add candy pieces.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour into sterilized jars.
    Adjust rings and lids according to manufacturer's directions and process in water bath 15 minutes.
