Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 can California green chilies (6 to 8)
 
1/2 lb. Jack cheese, cut into 1/2 x 1/2-inch strips
1/2 c. flour
3 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
oil for frying
Preparation
- 
                            Drain canned chilies.
 
Stuff with cheese.
Roll each chili in flour to completely coat.
Shake off excess.
