Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tall can chunk pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
    juice of pineapple
    1 or 2 c. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Use juice, sugar, flour and cheese. Cook until thick.
    Pour over pineapple in baking dish.
    Crumble 1 or 2 cups Ritz crackers.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine.
    Pour over crackers and stir to coat well.
    Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
