Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked carrots
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2-3 Tbsp. confectioner sugar
Preparation
    Put cooked carrots in mixer, add other ingredients except the confectioner sugar.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with 2 to 3 tablespoons confectioner sugar.
