Ingredients

2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oats
1 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine buttermilk and oats and let stand 15 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients to oat mixture.
Grill as for pancakes.
