Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 5 medium zucchini, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. Mazola oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in greased casserole dish at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
