Round Salmon Loaf(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3 slices soft bread, cubed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cans (1 lb. each) red salmon, bone and skin removed, if necessary
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly and mix with milk, butter, bread cubes, salt and salmon, blending well.
    Pack firmly in greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on High for 9 to 11 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
    Serve with Dill Butter.
