Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
3/4 c. red wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. water
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Place chicken in covered casserole.
Mix liquids and spices and pour over chicken. Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Serves 4.
