Lumpia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or other meat as desired
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. egg roll (lumpia) wrappers
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Drain excess fat.
    Stir all veggies into skillet with drained meat.
    Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 3 minutes.
