Macaroni-Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    1 medium green pepper
    1 small onion, minced
    1 large carrot, grated
    4 c. cabbage, shredded
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Combine the next 4 ingredients, mixing well.
    Mix remaining ingredients; blend well.
    Pour over macaroni.
    Mix; toss and chill 1 hour before serving.
