Eyam Tea Room'S Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. self-rising flour (2 c.) *
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. water (at room temperature)
Preparation
    *If not self-rising flour, add 2 teaspoons baking powder.
