Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
4 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

In saucepan, combine sugar, flour and salt.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook and stir mixture until thickened and bubbly.
Reduce heat, cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
