Slomgolian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    small can sliced mushrooms (or use fresh)
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Saute onion and bell pepper with meat (also mushrooms if fresh).
    Drain excess grease.
    Season with garlic salt and black pepper.
    Add tomato sauce and mushrooms (drained if canned) to skillet.
    Simmer, covered, about 10 minutes.
    Add macaroni (slightly undercooked).
    Cover and simmer about 5 more minutes.
    Add a little water if it gets too dry during the simmering.
    This is good leftover.
