Peas Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen peas
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2/3 Tbsp. diced pimento
    2/3 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped sweet pickle
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
Preparation
    Put peas in colander.
    Pour 2 kettles boiling water over them. Drain; combine with other ingredients.
    Refrigerate.
    Keeps 2 weeks.
    Luncheon favorite!
