2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. white sugar
vanilla ice cream
