Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, Crisco, sugar and salt with a pastry blender.
    Mix water, egg and vinegar and pour over flour mixture. Mix together and make a ball.
    Chill 30 minutes or up to 3 days in refrigerator.
    Also can be frozen until ready to use.
    Makes 5 (9-inch) pie crusts.
