Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. white Karo syrup
    3/4 c. water
    2 c. raw peanuts
    1 cube plus 2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup and water.
    Bring to boil.
    Add peanuts and butter.
    Cook to 300\u00b0.
    Remove from heat; add baking soda and vanilla.
    Pour into greased cookie sheet.
    Should look green when first poured.
    Let cool.
    Break into pieces.
    Store in airtight container.
