Chocolate Brandy Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. orange liqueur
Preparation
    Put chocolate chips, water and cream into a sauce warmer. Stir over moderate heat on stove until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
    Remove from heat and stir in orange liqueur.
    Keep warm over candle and dip in angel cake pieces, strawberries, oranges and the like.
    Serves 8.
