Vegetable Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. diced green pepper
    1 3/4 c. diced tomatoes
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. mayo
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. creamy garlic dressing
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Cool.
    Combine rice and vegetables, tossing lightly.
    Combine mayo, mustard and garlic dressing.
    Pour over rice-vegetable mixture.
    Toss lightly. Chill overnight.
