Pumpkin Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) pumpkin
3/4 c. oil
1/3 c. orange juice
4 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Oven: 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Set aside.
Beat together pumpkin, oil, orange juice, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients.
Fold in nuts and raisins.
Bake for 55 minutes.
Sprinkle on confectioners sugar when cool.
