Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. softened margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. apple juice or cider
4 c. peeled, chopped apples
2/3 c. raisins
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
confectioners sugar or icing (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease Bundt or tube pan.
Beat butter and brown sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and apple juice or cider.
Fold together.
Fold apples, raisins and walnuts into batter.
Smooth out into pan.
Bake approximately 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in pan.
Loosen and remove.
Cool completely. Confectioners sugar or glaze if desired.
