Layered Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. orange sections
    1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries, halved
    1 1/2 c. fresh pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or orange-flavored liqueur
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine banana and lemon juice in a small bowl; toss gently to coat.
    Layer orange sections, bananas, strawberries and pineapple in a 1 1/2-quart serving bowl; cover and chill.
