German Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 pinch salt
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Blend it all together and put into a 10-inch skillet (cast-iron preferred).
    Prepare skillet by smearing 4 tablespoons butter all around the inside.
    Bake 25 to 35 minutes, until golden brown.
