Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. Carnation
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Use canned sweet potatoes, drained.
    Mix all ingredients together except coconut. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with coconut. Return to oven and brown.
