Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 skinless, boneless breast halves
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request (cream of chicken soup)
1/3 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. each: honey and Dijon style mustard
generous dash of red pepper
4 c. hot cooked rice, cooked without salt
Preparation

In skillet over medium heat in hot oil, cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned.
Remove, pour off fat.
In same skillet, combine soup, orange juice, honey, mustard and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Return chicken to skillet.
Cover, cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring often. Serve with rice.
