Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pinto beans with juice
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 sticks margarine, melted
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
3 pie shells
Preparation

Mash pinto beans.
Add eggs (beaten).
Add other ingredients. Beat well.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
