Tuna-Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. medium noodles (4 oz.)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 (9 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and broken into chunks
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. cooked vegetables (optional)
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
    In a saucepan, cook celery and onion in margarine or butter until tender.
    Stir in soup and milk.
    Gently stir in tuna (and vegetables, if desired) and the cooked noodles.
    Transfer to a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
