Oven Fry Orange Roughy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. orange roughy
1/2 c. flour
1 c. bread crumbs
2 egg whites
salt and pepper
Preparation

Put bread crumbs in pan and toast at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Put flour on a piece of wax paper, mixed with salt and pepper.
Beat egg white and place in shallow bowl.
Pat dry orange roughy and coat with flour, then egg white and then toasted bread crumbs.
Place fish on baking pan lined with foil and coat it with some vegetable oil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Turn over and bake another 6 minutes.
