Chinese Vegetable Casserolewestboro, Missouri - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. pkg. frozen broccoli and cauliflower
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 8 1/2 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 2 oz. jar pemento, drained and chopped
    3/4 c. Chow Mein Noodles
Preparation
    Cook vegetables as directed (not quite as done) and drain.
