Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 green peppers, sliced
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. cooked tomatoes
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Saute peppers and onions until tender. Add beef and cook until pink is gone, stirring to crumble meat. Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings.
    Arrange in greased baking dish.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake until brown at 350\u00b0.
