Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg yolk
    4 Tbsp. ice water
    about 6 large peaches, cut in eighths (skin on)
    1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Prepare sweet pastry by sifting dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt and sugar) together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add beaten egg yolk, then ice water.
    Roll out 1/8 inch thick.
    Place in a large, 10-inch, deep pie pan.
