Johnny Appleseed Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 apples
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. pancake mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c. milk

Preparation

Grate apples (peeling, too).
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix and fry in a small amount of oil.
