Ingredients

1 c. unsweetened fresh or frozen strawberries
1 c. buttermilk
8 oz. plain yogurt
1 large banana, cut up
8 ice cubes
Preparation

If frozen, thaw strawberries.
In blender, combine buttermilk, yogurt, banana, ice cubes and strawberries.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Makes 4 servings at 93 calories each.
