Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oleo
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts
2 tsp. brown sugar

Preparation

Cream together oleo, salt, sugar, and eggs.
Fold in sour cream and vanilla, then add dry ingredients.
Spoon about half in a Bundt pan and sprinkle over this 1/2 cup nuts and brown sugar. Add rest of mixture and bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
