Liver And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    1 lb. calves liver
    1/4 c. flour
    1 can Campbell's French onion soup
Preparation
    In skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove and crumble.
    Dust liver with flour; brown lightly in bacon drippings.
    Stir in soup. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until done.
    Stir occasionally. Garnish with bacon.
    Serve with cooked rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
