Erline'S Pineapple Pie(Icebox) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small carton sour cream
    2 egg yolks
    1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, flour, sugar, salt, lemon juice and sour cream.
    Cook slowly until thick.
    Cook an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Beat 2 egg yolks and add small amount of mixture.
    Transfer to pot of filling.
    Cook additional 2 minutes. Bake in 9-inch pie shell with meringue until light brown.
