Pineapple Pie - Nana'S Secret Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 (8-inch) pie crusts
Preparation
    Combine pineapple and juice, egg, sugar and flour in a saucepan; stir over medium heat until thickened.
    Pour into pie crust and cover with second crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until top crust is browned (approximately 45 minutes).
